Pastor Mark Bradley has been Emmanuel's pastor since July of 1992. He knew the night he met Joy on a blind date that he would marry her. That divine hunch came true in 1979. Joy is a teacher to the hearing impaired in Pullman School District and is active in service at EBC. The Bradleys have four children. Jordan, a 2003 Pullman High graduate and 2007 Corban College (Salem) graduate, is serving in youth ministry for the Northwest Baptist Convention. Bethany, a 2005 Pullman High graduate, is studying elementary education at East Texas Baptist University in Marshall. Grace is a 9th grader at Pullman High School. The Bradleys completed their adoption of Josiah, a deaf boy from China, in March of 2006; he's a kindergartner now. Mark's hobbies are reading, television (mostly sports and news), movies, and league bowling. He earned a B.S. from Western Oregon State College (1981), and a Master of Divinity (1985) and Ph.D. in Biblical Studies (1994) from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. Mark is First Vice-President of the Northwest Baptist Convention and also serves on the Southern Baptist Convention Executive Committee in Nashville. |
