Pastor Mark Bradley has been Emmanuel's pastor since July of 1992. He knew the night he met Joy on a blind date that he would marry her. That divine hunch came true in 1979. Joy is a teacher to the hearing impaired in Pullman School District and is active in service at EBC. The Bradleys have four children. Jordan, a 2003 Pullman High graduate and 2007 Corban College (Salem) graduate, is serving in youth ministry for the Northwest Baptist Convention. Bethany, a 2005 Pullman High graduate, is studying elementary education at East Texas Baptist University in Marshall. Grace is an 8th grader at Lincoln Middle School. The Bradleys completed their adoption of Josiah, a deaf boy from China, in March of 2006; he's five now. Mark's hobbies are reading, television (mostly sports and news), movies, league bowling, and (too rarely) golf. He earned a B.S. from Western Oregon State College (1981), and the Master of Divinity (1985) and Ph.D. in Biblical Studies (1994) from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. Mark also serves on the Southern Baptist Convention Executive Committee in Nashville.

She and her family have attended Emmanuel since August of 2002, where her son, Sean, and daughter, Nichole, both grew up active in youth ministries. Her husband, Kevin, is an electrician with a local company, and enjoys playing drums in the praise band whenever he has the chance. Jacqueline stays busy in the office assisting with various ministries and keeping the books, but in her spare time she enjoys gardening, photography, reading, and numerous crafts.
